I accept CIGNA Insurance; otherwise I am considered an Out-of-Network provider.
For clients not under CIGNA, you will need to contact your insurance company before your first session and ask them about reimbursement for an Out-of-Network licensed practitioner. I will provide a Superbill for your sessions that will have all the required information an insurance company requires.
Sessions are 45 minutes long.

The length of time a client participates in therapy depends on their personal challenges goals and progress towards feeling better. Some clients can work through their challenges in a timely manner, while others require a longer period of therapy tp achieve their goals.
Most clients are seen once a week, while some clients with higher needs are seen twice a week.
The total number of sessions depends on what your currents needs are to meet your goal.
$150 for a 45 minute session.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted; payment is due at the beginning of the appointment.
